• To receive an estimate, fill in the quotation form or send your text by email, specifying the deadline.
• You will rapidly be sent our estimate indicating the rate applied, the approximate cost of the job and the date of delivery.

Order

• To order, confirm your acceptance of the conditions specified in the estimate.
• When ordering, include your mailing address so that we can send you an invoice.

Delivery

• The translated text is sent by email on the delivery date agreed upon.
• After delivery, we will answer any questions you may have about the translation and make changes if required.

Payment

• Once the job is completed, an invoice will be sent.
• Payments are to be made by bank transfer (bank commission paid by the client) (in yen in Japan or in euro in France), or through Paypal.
